goat boobs, big booties, and other campstories
Oh darling diarists of mine, how I have missed thee. However, I hardly thought of you this weekend while I was at camp.
Ahh yes camp. That wonderful haven of friendship and nature where you can be yourself away from the media-infested city and commune with nature. Not that nature and I have much to talk about. But it was nice to see my friends again. Danielle came running out meet me and almost broke my left rib. All of them. But I felt the same way. Like hugging them all until we both couldn't breathe. Keep them close and not them go when Sunday came.
Marcy and I were paired up after a little persuasion of Jeff, to do a skit on friendship. So in October the little seventh and eighth graders will be amazed with our beautiful drama skills. Ok, maybe not. But I think they'll get it. We were pretty straight forward with what our message was. Two months away and I can hardly wait. September better fly by. That's all I have to say.
Camp food and playing Apples to Apples. Winning the most green cards and getting lost while playing Big Booty. Being called Goat Boobs. Meeting a new friend in Kyla. Wondering how Rayna turned into a straight meat eater instead of the lesbian vegan she was last year. The "out of style" thing must have changed again is my guess. Have to keep up with the outsider times. Drinking uncounted amounts of chai tea and staying up late switching bunkbeds to find out which one was warmer.
Camp is the best part of my summer. And also, the best part of early fall. If you guys are reading this, I love and miss you already. Until we meet again a big heartfelt kiss from me to you. Mwuah!
In other news: I have the worst case of gut rot. And tomorrow I leave for Six Flags.
This has been your camp song singing diarist. Play the starting note on your harmonica and I'll be fine.
Quote of the day:"Ahna should be the goat, she has the biggest boobs."-[Kyla]
